Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the role for seven seasons on AMC's historical dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. Her performance received praise from the critics in the series and received nominations for six Emmy Awards in the category of the most outstanding supporting actress. Since her time in the industry, which has spanned over twenty years, she's also been recognized for her role on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama drama Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Her most well-known work is her performance in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey at Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Her voice was used in animated films such as Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Prior to that, she started her career as a model, and continued with it for several years before making her acting debut in the television series Undressed in 1999. She played her first real character in Beggars and Choosers. Her role in Firefly is a beloved iconic film which was loved by both audiences and critics alike, followed. She was in 2010 voted as the most sexy woman on the planet and also the best-looking woman in America by Esquire magazine.
